Hyderabad, 23rd January 2025: Bollywood stars Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani have joined hands with KLO Sports as proud co-owners of the Hyderabad Superstars, set to compete in the inaugural season of the World Pickleball League (WPL). The league kicks off tomorrow in Mumbai, promising to bring global attention to one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.

Rakul Preet Singh on Pickleball:

“Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport globally and is played across all age groups. The Hyderabad Superstars will inspire players from Hyderabad and the rest of India to chase excellence. This new chapter in my sports journey is thrilling, and I wish the team the very best,” said an enthusiastic Rakul Preet Singh.

Jackky Bhagnani’s Vision:

“Hyderabad Superstars are set to dominate the World Pickleball League. The sport has a universal appeal, and we hope to inspire more people to take it up. This is an exciting opportunity to grow the sport,” shared Jackky Bhagnani.

Team Leadership and Star Players:

The Hyderabad Superstars will be led by world-renowned coach Jonny Andrews, affectionately known as "Jonny Pickleball," who has been a part of the pickleball community since 2016. The team boasts an impressive lineup, including:

International Players: Max Freeman, Ava Cavataio, Ross Whittaker, Madalina Grigoriu, Karolina Owczarek, Ben Cawston, and Ludovica Sciaky.
